How your Dapper Man order gets to you — appointments and physical goods. The route depends on what you ordered, and you will always be told exactly what happens next.

Barbering appointments
Signature cuts take place at our location and are booked for a date and time you choose.
Mobile haircuts come to you — we travel to your home, office or event. A mobile booking includes travel and is booked with a specific date, time and location, which you choose at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details shortly after booking.
Shilajit blends & retail products
Physical products are dispatched to UK addresses. We process orders promptly after payment and will confirm dispatch by email.
Standard delivery is typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery costs
Any delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Where delivery is free, you will see "Free delivery" when you review your order.
If something goes wrong
