By using this website and placing an order or booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published here on the date you order applies.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. When you place an order or book a service you will receive a confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if there has been an error in pricing, stock is no longer available, or we have reason to believe an order is fraudulent.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken securely through PayPal Checkout at the time of your order — you can pay with a PayPal balance, bank account, debit or credit card, or Apple Pay where available. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.

Bookings are confirmed by email. We will always try to honour your chosen slot; if we need to move your appointment we will let you know as early as possible and offer alternatives.

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours and finishes can vary slightly from photos.

Grooming products should be used as directed; please stop using a product if you have a reaction and contact us.

Delivery options and timescales are described on our delivery details page. Estimated times are not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
